On May 5, 2010, an audience of 400 community leaders, clients and guests listened intently to Marcus Buckingham, author of 4 international best sellers, answer the question:  In a world where efficiency and competency rule the workplace, where do personal strengths fit in?  Below are photos from the event.

 Chief executive officer, Steve Forbes was asked "How can people get back on track?"  He responded "With a smile.  Simply ask for help from Northwestern Mutual..." 

This dialogue was part of a six-city tour that included a Q & A session with Mr. Forbes, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northwestern Mutual, Mr. Edward Zore.  The tour, "Rebuilding, Reviving and Learning from the Great Recession" launched on March 1, 2010 at the Seawell Grand Ballroom in Denver, Colorado with over 600 guests in attendance.
