To grow and prosper, communities require care. It is the work of many hands…sharing many talents, many hours and many gifts. In giving their time and their talents, by caring for each other, the members of the community care for the larger enterprise.

Northwestern Mutual - Denver Giving Back

We are a culture that encourages individuals to make a difference in the lives of others. Our "Giving Back" program allows each employee the opportunity to volunteer and give back to the community. Each team member is provided with the equivalent of two additional days per calendar year out of the Network office, with full compensation, to donate this time to a local charitable and/or civic organization. This special program is designed to enhance and enrich our associates and the community in which we live.

At our annual recognition event on February 4, 2012, we recognized all of our associates who take time out of their busy lives to give back to the community.
